David Uhl, the painter known for his Woman of Harley, Sturgis Art, Daytona Art, as well as many more collections, has just released his most recent creation, "Chance Encounter." It was commissioned by Harley Davidson Europe for a special project with The Vatican during The Motor Company's 110th celebration in Rome.
